Ledgerly is an AI-powered invoice processing and journal entry generation service operated by GZLighTek Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You may use Ledgerly for lawful accounting and bookkeeping purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload and the journal entries you approve. Ledgerly AI suggestions are not a substitute for professional accounting advice.
The Free plan allows up to 200 invoices per month at no charge. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We aim for 99.5% uptime on the Business plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the Free or Pro plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
GZLighTek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Ledgerly. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
